Access Your OnPatient Portal
Use your secure portal to view lab results, access educational handouts from your visit, and message your provider directly.
If you haven’t set up your account or received an invitation email, please contact our office to request one.
Note: Invitation links expire 7 days after sending. If expired, contact us for a new one.
Apple users can download the OnPatient app via the App Store. An Android app is not available at this time, but the portal can be accessed through any browser.
Access Your Fullscript Supplement Dispensary
This is where you can view and order your personalized supplement plan, as recommended during your visit. You can also enable auto-refill to have your supplements shipped directly to your home when refills are due.
Fullscript is accessible via any web browser or through the Fullscript app, available for both Apple and Android devices
